Noblesville Massage  also known as Therapy Based Wellness, LLC was started in 2012 to provide manual and massage therapy in Noblesville and Fishers, IN. The practice is owned by Occupational Therapist and Massage Therapist Jody Turner. The clinic is conveniently located on the border of Noblesville and Fishers off SR 37.

When you schedule an appointment at our fishers office, you may be asked a series of questions to determine the scope of your complaints and specific conditions to best address your needs. Detailed information about you and your condition will help determine whether you are likely to benefit from the services we provide, and which treatments are most likely to help you.

She has taken over 1000’s of hours in continuing education courses to make sure she stays current with the best treatment alternatives to help pain suffers such as yourself.

All our massage and manual therapy sessions are customized to meet your needs whether you are seeking deep tissue massage, integrative massage, pre-natal massage, or sports massage.

This is a result driven practice to make sure we meet your goals!!

How we accomplish this is through a preliminary evaluation, and assessment. We then target the regions that are holding you back, incorporate exercises and activities to inhibit, facilitate, or strengthen an area.

We recommend specific modifications and ADL (Activities Of Daily Living) equipment to make life easier on you, as well as reassess to make sure there are a measurable change and difference in how you feel and move.

Once your acute pain has subsided and is more manageable is it often recommends you continue with monthly visits for maintenance at our fishers, IN clinic.

As your body begins to heal,  you are able to  return to work, sports, entertainment,  engage in relationships, and  social activities with restoration of mobility, function, endurance and strength.
